In the Akhtarin countryside in northern Aleppo, Aunt Um Mohammed suffered for a long time from arthritis that deprived her of movement and weighed her steps with pain.

Today, thanks to Rahma Worldwide and the support of JIGSAW, she has regained her ability to walk after undergoing knee replacement surgery, beginning a new chapter in her life filled with hope and comfort.
