Medical Mission Team Discusses Medical Crisis and Emergency Needs

Amid the rapid deterioration of the healthcare system in Gaza, the 38th medical mission of Rahma Worldwide held a pivotal meeting with Dr. Atef Al-Hout, Director of Nasser Medical Complex, to gain a deeper understanding of the current medical landscape.

Both parties exchanged field assessments regarding the immense challenges facing the healthcare sector, which has been under continuous strain for nearly two years, marked by severe shortages of medications and medical equipment, alongside overwhelming pressure on medical staff.

The Rahma Worldwide team emphasized the urgent need to intensify collaboration in order to provide critical surgical support and expand specialized care services—efforts essential to bolstering the resilience of hospitals and enhancing their ability to respond effectively during times of crisis.
