When healthcare transforms into a space of hope, humanity becomes visible in every detail.
Dr. Shadi Zaza, President of Rahma Worldwide, inaugurated the rehabilitation of the men’s ward at the Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital in Aden, alongside Dr. Tareq Abdulhamid Al-Shaabi, Director General of the Public Health and Population Office in Aden. The ward was equipped with new beds and essential medical supplies, freshly painted, and powered by a solar energy system to ensure continuity of services and improve the care environment.
The inauguration was attended by the mission team led by Dr. Farashin and Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Attas, Director of Rahma’s Office in Yemen, in addition to hospital leadership. Dr. Al-Shaabi highlighted the importance of such initiatives in enhancing healthcare services, while Dr. Zaza reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to supporting the health sector and promoting sustainable development in the governorate. The event concluded with honoring Rahma Worldwide in appreciation of its humanitarian role in strengthening mental health services in Aden.

عندما تتحول الرعاية الصحية إلى مساحة أمل، يظهر أثر الإنسانية في كل تفصيل.
دشّن رئيس منظمة رحمة حول العالم، الدكتور شادي ظاظا، برفقة مدير عام مكتب الصحة العامة والسكان بعدن، الدكتور طارق عبدالحميد الشعبي، إعادة تأهيل قسم الرجال في مستشفى الأمراض النفسية والعصبية بعدن، بعد تجهيزه بأسرّة ومعدات أساسية، وطلاء الجدران، وتركيب منظومة طاقة شمسية لضمان استمرارية الخدمات وتحسين بيئة الرعاية.
وشهد التدشين حضور فريق البعثة بقيادة الدكتورة فراشين، والأستاذ عبد الرحمن العطاس، مدير مكتب المنظمة في اليمن، إلى جانب قيادات المستشفى. وأكد الدكتور طارق الشعبي أهمية المبادرة في رفع مستوى الخدمات، فيما شدّد الدكتور شادي ظاظا على التزام المنظمة بدعم القطاع الصحي وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في المحافظة، واختُتم الحدث بتكريم المنظمة تقديرًا لدورها الإنساني في دعم الصحة النفسية بعدن.
