Three days were not just training they were the beginning of a new way of thinking.

At Rahma Worldwide’s office in the city of Aleppo, participants came together, united by one goal: to develop their tools and build a clearer vision for the future. Throughout the strategic planning program, concepts were transformed into practical applications, and ideas into actionable plans, in an interactive experience rich with knowledge and discussion.

The focus was not only on “how to plan,” but on “how to create real and sustainable impact.” With each session, enthusiasm grew, and confidence in the ability to create change was strengthened.

It is believed that building people is the first step toward building stronger institutions and what began here will extend its impact to wider spaces.

في مكتب رحمة حول العالم بمدينة حلب، اجتمع المشاركون من خلفيات مختلفة، يجمعهم هدف واحد: تطوير أدواتهم وبناء رؤية أوضح للمستقبل. خلال برنامج التخطيط الاستراتيجي، تحوّلت المفاهيم إلى تطبيقات، والأفكار إلى خطط قابلة للتنفيذ، في تجربة تفاعلية غنية بالمعرفة والنقاش.

لم يكن التركيز فقط على “كيف نخطط” بل على “كيف نصنع أثرًا حقيقيًا ومستدامًا”. ومع كل جلسة، كان الحماس يكبر، والثقة بالقدرة على

التغيير تتعزّز.

نؤمن أن بناء الإنسان هو الخطوة الأولى لبناء مؤسسات أقوى وما بدأ هنا، سيمتد أثره إلى مساحات أوسع.
