After 14 years of absence, a new chapter begins at Basima School in rural Damascus 🏫

Today, roof construction has begun as part of Rahma Worldwide’s efforts to rebuild the school and transform it from a place of hardship into a safe environment that welcomes children.

This step is more than restoration…

It is a promise of safety, a spark of hope, and an opportunity for every child to return to their classroom and learn in an environment that protects and inspires them.

With every moment of work, we move closer to a long-awaited dream: that every child in Basima has the right to education and a dignified life.

اليوم، انطلقت أعمال صبّ الأسقف ضمن جهود رحمة حول العالم لإعادة بناء المدرسة وتحويلها من مكان منهك إلى بيئة آمنة تحتضن الأطفال.

هذه الخطوة أكثر من مجرد ترميم…

هي وعد بالأمان، وإشراقة أمل، وفرصة لكل طفل ليعود إلى مقعده ويتعلم في ظروف تحميه وتلهمه.
