We organized a community leadership training at our office in Aleppo, targeting ambitious youth striving to create positive change in their communities.
The training covered various topics, including leadership, communication, teamwork, and community initiative design, alongside practical exercises that strengthened participants’ skills and helped transform their ideas into impactful initiatives.
We believe that empowering youth today is a true investment in a more aware, resilient, and change-driven future.

أقمنا في مكتبنا بمدينة حلب تدريبًا حول القيادة المجتمعية، استهدف الشباب الطموحين الساعين لإحداث تغيير إيجابي في مجتمعاتهم.
تضمّن التدريب محاور متعدّدة حول القيادة، والتواصل، والعمل الجماعي، وتصميم المبادرات المجتمعية، إلى جانب تمارين عملية عزّزت مهارات المشاركين وقدرتهم على تحويل الأفكار إلى مبادرات مؤثرة.
