Memorandum of Cooperation Signed to Launch HLSREP 2026

Rahma Worldwide has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Hadramout Health Organization to launch the Health Life Support and Resuscitation Excellence Program (HLSREP) – Hadramout 2026, a strategic initiative to strengthen emergency medical care and enhance the skills of healthcare professionals across Yemen.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Attas, Director of Rahma Worldwide's Yemen Office, and Dr. Waleed Bakhreesa, Executive Director of Hadramout Health Organization.

The program is implemented under the supervision of the Hadhramout Office of the Ministry of Public Health and Population, funded by Rahma Worldwide, and carried out by Hadhramout Health Organization.

Through this partnership, both organizations are strengthening the healthcare workforce, enhancing emergency preparedness, and supporting better access to high quality lifesaving care across Yemen.

وقّعت منظمة رحمة حول العالم مذكرة تعاون مع منظمة حضرموت الصحية لإطلاق برنامج التميز في دعم الحياة والإنعاش الطبي (HLSREP) – حضرموت 2026، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز قدرات الكوادر الصحية والارتقاء بجاهزية خدمات الطوارئ والإنعاش في اليمن.

وقّع مذكرة التعاون عن منظمة رحمة حول العالم المهندس عبدالرحمن صالح العطاس، مدير مكتب المنظمة في اليمن، فيما وقّع عن منظمة حضرموت الصحية الدكتور وليد باخريصة، المدير التنفيذي للمنظمة.

ويُنفذ البرنامج بإشراف مكتب وزارة الصحة العامة والسكان بحضرموت، وبتمويل من منظمة رحمة حول العالم، وتنفيذ منظمة حضرموت الصحية، لتأهيل الكوادر الطبية وفق أحدث المعايير العالمية في دعم الحياة والإنعاش الطبي.

ويأتي هذا البرنامج في إطار الجهود المشتركة لتعزيز كفاءة الكوادر الصحية، ورفع جاهزية خدمات الطوارئ، ودعم تطوير الرعاية الصحية في اليمن.
