Real impact is seen on the ground.
During his interview on Ya Hala with Haitham, Dr. Shadi Zaza reflects on why seeing humanitarian work firsthand matters. One moment stayed with him: an orphaned child in Yemen who held onto his hand and refused to let go—a moment that said more about human connection than any number or report could.
That’s why we believe anyone who speaks about impact should witness it firsthand, because the field builds conviction, renews purpose, and makes responsibility feel real.
Be part of an impact that can be felt before it’s ever told.
